Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s information, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.
You are the owner of the products once you have received your delivery. At this point, the responsibility of your garments condition is yours. If you seek service for damages worn with time, contact us via email below.

7 Days to Return
Noted in your product description, each one of our garment are one of a kind and have characteristics of its own. With design integrity, we embrace the mistakes and celebrate each garments individualized personality.
If you would like to return an item, please email support@bascule.site. To begin your return please subject your email with (Order #123 - Return). Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order and the items must be in the same exact condition that it was received in.
